Benefits
The PantaTec process dispenses with cost-intensive pre-washing and drying before blasting - instead, by adding the additive PantaTec ULTIMATE, unwanted oils and greases are removed from metallic surfaces, bound and removed from the process.

Eggersmann Anlagenbau
One of the first users was the company Eggersmann Anlagenbau (EAB) which, in east Westphalia, designs and builds turnkey ready systems for mechanical and biological waste treatment.
Production of chrome nickel components
Another user of the blasting system from East Westphalia produces components of chrome nickel steel for pneumatic transport systems. Through the blasting process, the surfaces are provided with the desired finish through matting.
Steel Coat B.V.
The contract coating company, Steel Coat B.V. from Lummen in Belgium, had the first contact with PantaTec in spring 2011. Steelcoat is a service centre for coatings that has specialised in the processing of steel construction and piping sections with big dimensions.
